Fitness For All!
We offer a variety of fitness classes for those ages 15 and up. Whether you work out in our cardio, weight, or yoga rooms, in a class, or with a personal trainer, you will find the level of support and motivation you need to help reach your personal fitness goals!
Adult Self Defense Class
Join us in our Adult Self Defense class, starting Thursday, Sept. 5th from 5:45pm-6:45pm. It will be taught by our Youth Martial Arts Instructor, Daniel Gacad. The Y’s self-defense program teaches psychological awareness and verbal skills, not just physical training. Learning techniques and practicing in a safe environment will give you the confidence you need in any situation. Our self-defense programs are designed to improve your awareness, personal safety, and self-confidence.

Rancho Mission Viejo Adult Fitness
This class is designed and crafted for the active older adult to improve quality of life and independence and is tailored to build muscle, strength and endurance in addition to cardiovascular capacity. Accommodations for physical limitations can be made.
