We offer a variety of fitness classes for those ages 15 and up. Whether you work out in our cardio, weight, or yoga rooms, in a class, or with a personal trainer, you will find the level of support and motivation you need to help reach your personal fitness goals!

Virtual Wellness Office Hours – Program Overview
Program Description
The Feel-Good Challenge Virtual Wellness Office Hours are live, interactive sessions designed to support participants throughout the 12-week Feel-Good Challenge. These sessions provide expert wellness guidance, opportunities for questions, and practical tools to help participants stay engaged, motivated, and supported.
Enrollment Details
Participants only need to enroll once to access all scheduled office hours.
Office hours are hosted as a recurring Zoom meeting, using the same Zoom link for every session.
Enrolled participants receive:
The Zoom link upon enrollment
A reminder email with the Zoom link on the morning of each scheduled session
Office Hours Format & Timing
Office hours are held bi-weekly (every other week) throughout the challenge.
Over the 12-week Feel-Good Challenge, a total of 6 bi-weekly office hours are offered.
During each bi-weekly office hour week, the same topic is offered at two different times:
Monday at 5:30 PM
Thursday at 10:30 AM
Participants may attend some or all sessions based on their schedule and interests.

Advanced Kickboxing Class
Small group training with max 8 participants. Advanced kickboxing includes partner-based pad work with full contact sparring. Kickboxing is an excellent martial art inspired full body workout that involves quick movements including kicking and punching against a sparring partner, punching bags or air, along with teaching you basic self-defense. Kickboxing has many health benefits including more muscle strength, better agility and less stress.
Annual Campaign - Aquathon 2026
Participate in our annual Aquathon to support our 2026 Annual Campaign because the Y is Here for Good! Hop into the pool and follow along at your own pace to this high-energy Aquathon led by our team of Aqua instructors.
Registration cost includes entry fee, raffle tickets towards the opportunity drawing, and any giveaways provided. Additional raffle events will be available for sale on the day of the event. All proceeds will go towards our Annual Campaign to help support the Fullerton community by providing programs, offering free afterschool childcare, and by offering financial aid for YMCA memberships and programming.

Equipment Orientations will be on the 2nd Tuesday of every month with a maximum of 6 members. The orientation will be about 30 minutes going from 11:00-11:30 am

Kettlebell Freestyle
Experience the power of kettlebell freestyle training, a dynamic and functional workout designed to enhance explosive power, mobility, and coordination. This program combines fluid, high-intensity movements to build strength, endurance, and core stability while maximizing calorie burn. Whether you want to improve athletic performance or overall fitness, kettlebell freestyle training offers a challenging and engaging way to develop full-body power and mobility.
Kettlebell Freestyle will be on Fridays from 7-7:45am starting on May 9th. This is small group training and will be limited to 10 members. Sign up while you can!

Rancho Mission Viejo Guesthouse Adult Fitness
This class is designed and crafted for the active older adult to improve quality of life and independence and is tailored to build muscle, strength and endurance in addition to cardiovascular capacity. Accommodations for physical limitations can be made.

Tai Chi for Fall Prevention
Tai Chi Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing and stretching. This specific session will focus on Fall Prevention in a small group setting.
The Melt Method - Small Group Training
The Melt Method is a great addition to your self-care routine. It is a simple self-treatment technique to help you get out of and stay out of chronic pain. We will be using specifically designed soft and firm Melt balls and a soft body roller to help rehydrate the connective tissue system and rebalance the nervous system through specifically designed sequences.

Women with Weights
Join us for Small Group Strength Training specifically for Women. Look and feel better and take your strength training to the next level.
Women With Weights
Women With Weights is a resistance training program that will be led by Robert! It will be focused on resistance training for improving strength, bone density, functional movement, and daily active living for women. Robert will be incorporating a wide variety of training implements, including kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and access to some of the hills nearby. Join us and train with purpose.
Women With Weights will be small group training not exceeding 10 participants. This program will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-10:45am.
