Junior Lifeguard Training

Junior Guard Training program is designed to build strength and endurance for participants to pass the Jr. Guard swim test at your local Jr. Guards program. With a focus on conditioning and speed, this is not your standard swim lesson!

We will be using both shallow water and deep water to help develop multiple skills!

Prerequisites: Participants must be able to swim independently at least two (2) lengths freestyle, two (2) lengths breaststroke, and able to jump into deep water and get back to the wall on their own.
