Kids will learn modern-day self-defense techniques in this martial arts class while developing coordination, stamina, strength, and flexibility. Classes will promote positive social interactions in a fun group setting.
Our mission is to guide and inspire the students to cultivate confidence, respect, self-esteem, patience, and discipline. Ages 5-12.
Gi’s will be available for purchase.
