Active Older Adult Self-Defense
We specialize in “educational martial arts”, in building seniors’ character through martial arts. Participants can develop focus, confidence, discipline, self-control, and physical fitness while having fun through martial arts training.
Our mission is to guide and inspire the students to cultivate confidence, respect, self-esteem, patience, and discipline.
This class is being piloted with two free classes in January.
January 8th, from 5-5:45pm in Studio B
January 22nd, from 5-5:45pm in Studio B
Karate (Ages 4-6)
Develop strength, balance, flexibility, and self-defense skills in a fun and supportive environment that emphasizes character-development and self-discipline.
In this kid-friendly Karate class, kids will learn the basics of Traditional Japanese Shindo Jinen Ryu Karate, and WKF Olympic Karate, including proper form, breathing, stances, punches, and kicks.
Classes are FREE and are for members only. Registration is required to attend.

Karate (Ages 7-12)

Children can develop focus, confidence, discipline, self-control, and physical fitness while having fun through martial arts training. We believe that accountability and teamwork with parents, teachers and instructors will help children to succeed.
Our mission is to guide and inspire the students to cultivate confidence, respect, self-esteem, patience, and discipline. Ages 6-18..
We ask that all participants wear a Gi while participating in this class. The fee for that is $40.

Kids will learn modern-day self-defense techniques in this martial arts class while developing coordination, stamina, strength, and flexibility. Classes will promote positive social interactions in a fun group setting.
Our mission is to guide and inspire the students to cultivate confidence, respect, self-esteem, patience, and discipline. Ages 5-12.
Gi’s will be available for purchase.
