How it works:- Interaction will be online via our facebook group or get info via email. We will meet in person Quarterly
- We’ll select one book per quarter based on your votes.
- Each season there will be 3-5 books to choose from. Voting will be done via Facebook Poll.
- Each Quarter has a theme

Discover practical strategies for adding more fiber to your routine while supporting your digestion and overall health.
This session will be co-hosted by the YMCA’s Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and CSULB Dietetic Intern, Talia. Participants will leave with realistic strategies they can begin using right away to support better overall diet quality.

Your gut plays an important role in digestion, immunity, mood, energy, and overall well-being. In this interactive nutrition workshop, you’ll learn how the gut and brain communicate, which foods can support a healthy gut microbiome, and how everyday habits such as sleep, stress, hydration, and movement can influence digestive health.
We’ll also explore common gut-health claims and separate fact from fiction using practical, evidence-based nutrition guidance.
