Bingo Challenge
YMCA Bingo Challenge! September 8th – October 6th. Free for all members. Good luck!
- Register online or at the front desk, then receive card at the front desk. Cards must be submitted by October 7th, 2026. Winners will be contacted on October 14th.
- Limit 1 card per member. Multiple BINGOs allowed on a single card. Each BINGO = 1 raffle entry. Limit 1 challenge completion per day.
- Cards will not be combined in case a card is lost and found afterwards.
- Must get completed squares stamped or checked off at the front desk.
Prizes:
1st Draw – $150 value
2nd Draw – $100 value

Book Club Meeting
How it works:- Interaction will be online via our facebook group or get info via email. We will meet in person Quarterly
- We’ll select one book per quarter based on your votes.
- Each season there will be 3-5 books to choose from. Voting will be done via Facebook Poll.
- Each Quarter has a theme
- November: Thriller & Mystery; Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Advice for Murderers
- February: Contemporary Romance: People we Meet on Vacation
- May: Classics: John Steinbeck
- August: Summer Vibes
Chili Cook-off
Head into fall with the Laguna Niguel Family YMCA’s Chili Cook-off! This is a great opportunity to share your favorite chili recipe with your local YMCA and have some family fun. Get ready to taste, vote, and crown the ultimate chili champion!
Turn up the heat and bring your favorite homemade chili to share with members and try to win a prize or simply join us to taste!
Free for all YMCA members!

What to expect:
- Taster: Come hungry and ready to taste all of the chili entries and vote for the champion
- Chili Chef: Bring your favorite homemade chili (at least 10 servings) with a copy of the recipe to share with all in attendance
Discovering the Melt Method : Hand & Foot Treatment
Join Nichole in a special class that will introduce you to the Melt Method: Hand and Foot Treatment. The Melt Method is a self-care system using specific soft rollers and balls designed to help you improve performance and release stuck stress through self-myofascial techniques. All participants will leave with a tool to help them with daily relief.
All proceeds go towards our 2026 Campaign Fundraiser. Sign up online or at the front desk. Spots are limited.

🍂 Fall Into Creativity with Volume 3 of Our Art Series! 🎨
Join us for Volume 3 of our Art Series, a fun and festive creative experience celebrating all things fall! Designed for kids ages 4–13, this special edition will feature fall and holiday-inspired crafts perfect for the season.
Kids can get creative, enjoy some great music, snack on light refreshments, and let their crafty side shine! From cozy autumn creations to festive holiday projects, there will be something fun for every young artist.

Fullerton Trunk or Treat
🎃 Trunk or Treat at the YMCA! 👻
Join us Saturday, October 10 from 5:00–7:00 PM for a family-friendly evening of Halloween fun! Enjoy music, games, snacks, crafts, and plenty of treats. Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed up and ready for a spooky-good time! 🍬🕸️

Join us to learn:
- The basics of simple and realistic meal prepping
- How to build balanced meals using a mix-and-match approach
- How to prep ingredients that can be used in multiple meals throughout the week
- Simple ways to add variety without spending hours in the kitchen
- Tips for saving time, reducing food waste, and spending less at the grocery store
Discover practical strategies for making meal prep work for your schedule, preferences, and lifestyle—without making food feel repetitive or complicated.
This session will be co-hosted by the YMCA’s Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and CSULB Dietetic Intern, Madeleine. Participants will leave with realistic meal prep strategies, mix-and-match meal ideas, and simple tools they can begin using right away to make balanced eating easier throughout the week.
