Build- a- friend Workshop

Participants will get to choose their own stuffed animal, bring it to life by stuffing it, and fill out a special adoption certificate to take home. They’ll also enjoy a fun craft activity. Light snacks will be served.

Discovering the Melt Method : Hand & Foot Treatment
Join Nichole in a special class that will introduce you to the Melt Method: Hand and Foot Treatment. The Melt Method is a self-care system using specific soft rollers and balls designed to help you improve performance and release stuck stress through self-myofascial techniques. All participants will leave with a tool to help them with daily relief.

Senior Paint Party
Join us in celebrating the holidays while painting with your friends!
