Metabolism Testing: Understanding your Health

During your consultation, a MedGem Metabolic Testing Device is used to measure your resting metabolism. A registered dietitian will use the numbers generated by the MedGem to determine your total calorie needs to reach your personal health and wellness goals.

The consultation includes the metabolic test, a health status assessment, and personalized recommendations for your goals in regards to improving or maintaining your metabolism.

Understanding your exact metabolism is key for those who are looking to lose weight, gain lean muscle mass, or simply understand how your body is performing on a day to day basis.
