Gymnastics
Gymnastics at the YMCA! Students will gain strength and flexibility as they learn the basics of gymnastics. They will develop the skills of tumbling including rolls, handstands, back bridges/bends, and cartwheels. All levels are welcome!
Ages 4-6
Beginner level gymnastics that teaches mindfulness of how to sync body the body and mind to work together. Students will gain strength and flexibility as they learn the basics of gymnastics & yoga. They will develop the skills of tumbling including rolls, handstands, back bends, cartwheels, and basic yoga poses. Students will also learn fun mindfulness techniques such as breathing exercises, visualization, and gratitude activities.
Classes will be held in Studio A on Wednesdays and Fridays from 5-5:45pm.
