Equipment Orientation
Learn the basics of how to use the cardio and strength training equipment in a small group setting. This will include a walk-through of the facility, hands-on equipment learning, and how to stay safe when exercising to make your workouts as productive as possible. This will not include any of the free weights (barbells, squat racks, and dumbbells).
Equipment Orientations will be on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month with a maximum of 6 members. The orientation will be about 30min going from 4-4:30pm.

Fit Kids (Ages 7-12)
Fit Kids (Ages 7-12) is a new youth fitness program designed to provide a structured physical activity, movement, and mindfulness while having fun! This program will have a variety of game-based activities, drills, workout stations, cardio, and more!
