Equipment Orientation
Learn the basics of how to use the cardio and strength training equipment in a small group setting. This will include a walk-through of the facility, hands-on equipment learning, and how to stay safe when exercising to make your workouts as productive as possible. This will not include any of the free weights (barbells, squat racks, and dumbbells).
Equipment Orientations will be on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month with a maximum of 6 members. The orientation will be about 30min going from 4-4:30pm.

Fit Kids (Ages 7-12)
Fit Kids (Ages 7-12) is a new youth fitness program designed to provide a structured physical activity, movement, and mindfulness while having fun! This program will have a variety of game-based activities, drills, workout stations, cardio, and more!

Sports Strength and Conditioning
Sports Strength and Conditioning will be focused on testing and improving fitness as it relates to sport performance. Athletes will begin the session with an assessment of their endurance, sprinting, jumping, agility, and coordination. Based on those results, workouts will be designed to improve those five athletic characteristics. On the last session of the month, athletes will be retested to track progress over time.
This program is intended to improve qualities and characteristics that are universally important for all sports and athletes. There will not be any sport skills training, only conditioning and strength work that all athletes need for improved performance and injury prevention.
This program is designed for participants between the ages or 8-12. It will be held on the sports field on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-4:45pm. Please bring proper athletic attire [comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes (cleats not necessary)] as well as a water bottle for water breaks. Be sure to have your child eat lunch a few hours beforehand so that they will have the necessary energy for exercise.
