Diving Programs
Basic springboard diving skills such as the forward jump, hurdle, as well as the back jump are taught. In this sport, the five basic dives (front, back, reverse, inward, and twist) will be introduced to divers that are ready. This is a safe, fun, active way to introduce diving hopefuls to the sport. Diving develops balance, coordination, and self confidence.
Once basic skills are mastered – Introduction divers are taught the dives, drills, and positions used in somersaulting and twisting. Competitions are introduced. Trampoline, tumbling, and light conditioning are emphasized for a more productive learning experience.

- AAU Diving Membership- All athletes must possess a current AAU Diving membership to begin training and be covered under our insurance.

- Directions / Parking – the Mt. SAC address of 1100 N Grand Walnut, CA 91789 takes you to center of campus. The pool is building 710p2. From Temple take Bonita to champion way to access parking. Please pay the KIOSK at the parking entrance. Attached is a map of parking closest to the pool. Parking passes available upon request.
